Refund Policy

You can request a refund by reaching out to our customer support team at, business hour are 10am-5m (GMT+8) Mon-Fri.

All we need is your booking #.

If you decide to cancel your booking 30 days prior to the departure date, you’ll receive a full refund, excluding only the initial 10% deposit.

Exceptions vary where the refund may be granted within 30days of departure due to an unexpected event.

Your refund will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For those currently enrolled in a payment plan, rest easy. We’ll cancel your plan and refund any payments you’ve already made.

Please keep in mind that it might take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We will treat this with the highest of priority.
